Established in 2012 at the University of Belgrade, Serbia.
 
Established in 2016 at the UL Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodetic Engineering, Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Established at Federal Institute of Hydrology, Koblenz, Germany.
Also serving as the Secretariat German IHP/HWRP National Committee.
 
International Research and Training Centre on Urban Drainage (IRTCUD)
Established in 1987 at the University of Belgrade, Serbia.
IRTCUD aims to foster advanced research development in urban water management, having expanded its field of work originally concerned with the aspect of urban drainage.
 
Centre for Water for Sustainable Development and Adaptation to Climate Change (WSDAC)
Established in 2013 at Jaroslav Černi Institute for the Development of Water Resources, Belgrade, Serbia.
WSDAC acts as a regional centre in Southeast Europe focusing on cooperation in the areas of applied research, water administration, development and promotion of adaptation strategies, capacity development, and research for application, education, and training in the area of climate change impact on water resources management and the adaptation to such impacts.
